Last night I got more of the electronics hooked up, so I decided to spray some fuel into the throttle bodies to see if it would fire.
It fired and died, so I decided to quickly hook up some fuel lines to the pump and injectors.
To my amazement, the bike fired up on the third kick. Idle was all over the place as you would expect when you have no sensors hooked up besides the TPS,
and an untouched Microsquirt straight from production.
Anyway, heres the proof.
I spent some time today picking apart the standard wiring harness because I have to move several components around the bike.
I’ve left myself quite a bit of work, but it should be much cleaner once its all done.
Also found a fuel pump thats supposed to have pretty low current draw, so hopefully it will do the job for me.
